The Robert Renzoni Winery Wine Club, Vino Famiglia, is one of the most active and lively wine clubs in Temecula Wine County. Join us and you’ll enjoy special wine shipments six times per year, invitations to private members only events and lots of other one-of-a-kind wine perks. Q: Can I select all white or all red wines for my shipment?

Q: How long does my Robert Renzoni Wine Club membership last?
A: Robert Renzoni Winery offers three Wine Clubs: La Vita Mista, La Dolce Vino or La Vita Rossa. We hand-select two bottles for each shipment:
- La Vita Mista – one Red wine and one White or Rose wine
- La Dolce Vita – two bottles of Sweet style and/or white wines
- La Vita Rossa – two bottles of Red wine
We do not offer an all white club at this time, but you can always order your favorite white wines at a 25% discount.
A: We email our wine club members announcements of upcoming Pick Up parties and shipments approximately 2 weeks in advance of the delivery or pick up date. Please add Robert Renzoni Winery to your email address book and your safe-sender’s list so that your system will not assume we are sending you spam.
Will Call customers should pick up their wine at the Robert Renzoni Winery within 30 days of the Pick Up Night. We will automatically ship your wines that are not picked up at the end of 30 days; the credit card on file will be charged for this shipment. The Robert Renzoni Wine Club also reserves the right to substitute wines not picked up within 30 days.
A: Pick Up Night is a fun way to meet other Vino Famiglia members and to enjoy light appetizers with the wines in your shipment…these Pick Up Nights are a fun “excuse” to come visit the Robert Renzoni Winery to pick up your wine selection! Our Wine Club releases wines every other month so look for your invitation about two weeks in advance of the Pick Up Night.
A: Unfortunately at this time there is no substitution. The wines are pre-selected and pre-billed based on several factors that make the wine optimal at the time of release.
A: The shipping dates is included in your Wine Club email notification regarding the Pick Up Night. Also, we include your email address and phone number when we process your Wine Club shipment through UPS. UPS will send you an email and/or give you an automated telephone call with your estimated delivery date so you know when to expect your shipment. Please remember, an adult signature is required for wines. If possible, we encourage you to have your Robert Renzoni wines shipped to your place of business.
A: UPS will leave a notice that they attempted to deliver your Wine Club shipment; UPS will make two more attempts. The attempted delivery notice will have a phone number to call if you want to make other delivery arrangements.
A: Yes. Just call or email us and let us know who you authorize to pick up your wines and we’ll add a note to your file.
A: Please contact us as soon as you have any new information that could affect delivery, including email and phone number changes. Email the Robert Renzoni Winery Wine Club or call us at 951-302-8466. Changes to the shipping address after we have shipped will result in an extra fee for re-shipment.
A: Payments are processed approximately 2 weeks prior to the Pick Up Night or shipping date. To insure that your wines will be ready, please wait until you receive your Wine Club email notice of when the wines will be available for Pick Up. You may also check the News & Events section on the Robert Renzoni website for Pick Up Night dates.
A: Give us a call at 951-302-8466 or email us with a minimum of one week prior to the shipment date and we can place your order on hold or re-schedule the delivery date.
A: The exact amount of each wine club shipment will be reflected on your credit card statement. As different parts of the country have different shipping and tax rates, we are unable to notify you of the exact amount in advance of the shipment. Remember, the amount you will see on your credit card statement includes the discounted Wine Club price plus shipping and sales tax where applicable.
A: Complimentary wine tasting at Robert Renzoni Wine Tasting Room is for yourself and one guest (total of two people including yourself) every time you visit the Robert Renzoni Winery. Additional guests will receive half price tastings…that’s a savings of $5.50 per person! Please note: half price tastings do not include the logo glass. A Vino Famiglia Wine Club member must be present for guests to receive our special tasting price.
A: A Vino Famiglia Wine Club membership is an absolutely wonderful gift to give! We highly recommend the gift that keeps on giving. All you need to do is complete the Gift Membership form in the Robert Renzoni Wine Tasting Room or give us a call at 951-302-8466 and ask for the Wine Club Manager.
Shipments are automatically billed to your credit card and will continue for the specified amount of time you determine in your gift purchase; the minimum gift membership is three shipments. If you prefer, give a Robert Renzoni Winery Gift Card so that the receiver may visit our winery and make their own selections. Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination (minimum $25.00).
A: Yes! If you signed up for Delivery, you can change your account to Will Call. Email the Wine Club Manager to notify us of your preference and allow at least two weeks prior to shipping dates for us to change your status.
Q: I live in a state that gets very hot during the summer and/or I travel a lot. What are my options?
A: We have created a new club for members like you! You can now have your wines billed and shipped twice a year. In early March and late October, we will bill and ship you 6 bottles of wine (Red only, Mixed or White/Sweet). These are the same wines you would normally receive every other month, however, by shipping during these months, you will avoid the extreme heat and cold that can often damage wines. This option is also good for members who do a lot of traveling and means less time spent waiting on UPS deliveries. Please note: this club option is for shipping customers only. Wines from this club are not available for pick up.
A: Vino Famiglia Wine Club members are very happy with their memberships and stay with us for years. However, if you decide to cancel, you may do so at any time provided you have received a minimum of three releases. Call the Winery at 951-302-8466 or email us and we can process your request. Please remember, we require 30 days notice for cancellations. Due to administrative costs associated with cancellations, the prior club discounts you have received are charged to the credit card on file if you cancel prior to receiving three releases.
